Cuttlebug Folder Storage

O.K. I have a confession: I have only had my Cuttlebug for 3 weeks! You see, I had the old Sizzix system (the extremely heavy red one that you pull down on the handle) and I was able to use that for my Cuttlebug folders (with the adapter of course). I just couldn't justify buying another machine that would do the same thing. Then those wonderful people at Provo Craft created the blue Cuttlebug. Well, blue is my favorite color and I know someday when my Cricut chirps it's last time I will be replacing it with the blue version. So I saved my pennies and when there was a great deal on the Green Wednesday I snatched up my blue Cuttlebug. Let me tell you, I should have got one sooner because it does a much better job both embossing and cutting with the Sizzix dies I already own. The embossing is so much deeper and defined.
Whew, now that I've got that off my chest. Here's what I've created for you to peek at today:
It is my mini lunch box that I use to hold my embossing folders. (I got it at Hobby Lobby) The so super cute image is a Lily-Boo digi. Of course I had to make it match my blue Cuttlebug. Here it is before I decorated it:
It served the purpose but didn't add any pizazz to my work area, just hanging there on my peg board.
Now it shouts KRISTINA REALLY LOVES HER BLUE CUTTLEBUG!
I colored up the little cuties with red hair to look like my girls'. The blue bling is Prima adhesive crystals and the rhinestone flower is also Prima, from the Chelsea accents tin. If you fancy this image for your own Cuttlebug love, head over to Lily-Boo's Boutique in a hurry because they are only selling a limited number of the Cuttlebug Cuties images.

Kristina...what a great job you did with the lunch box. Wow!

That red sizzix was the first die cutting tool I had and I hated it. It's somewhere in my attic right now. :)

how cute! I have waaaaaaaay to many folders for a lunch box, but I love the CB image. That is so unique. I never had the old crank Sizzix system, but I'm sure it's a dino. I had the Big Kick as my first machine & then upgraded to the Hello Kitty Big Shot- love! TFS :)
