Cookie Boxes

I just found out yesterday what a "cookie tower" is. It is a cookie box and they are a big hit within the crafting community. I must admit I'm all about them now that I know what they are and that I can make them with my Cricut! I got the .scut file from All things Crafty and Delicious blog. Melinda has some really great creations on there. I changed the cut just a tiny bit by adding a decorative shape for the window, otherwise it will just cut out a rectangle.
Here's another look at the boxes from a different angle.

Not too many details, I used DCWV Nana's kitchen and Sweet stacks. Oh, the large box holds 12 cookies and the small one holds half a dozen.
*Edited to add : Yes Grandma, I did bake those cookies from scratch and the girls both got plenty!

My mom gave me her Cricut that she never used and I haven't used it much either. I didn't realize you could add cut files other than cartridges. Is there special software for that? I would love to make those cookie boxes!
